1. Disclaimer
Essay-Paper.net will only provide papers as a reference for your research. The papers ordered and produced should be used as a guide or framework for your own paper. It is the aim of Essay-Paper.net to provide only guidance by which the paper should be pursued. Our papers are produced for research purposes only.
2. Acceptance of terms
2.1 Agreement conditions
By completing and submitting the order form above you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement between you ("Customer") and Essay-Paper.net ("Company"). The completed order form represents the set of instructions that will be followed in the process of preparing an academic paper that will be completed and uploaded at Customer's order page or delivered by request to the e-mail address specified in the form by the due date and charged in accordance with the price schedule advertised by Essay-Paper.net.
2.2 Additional terms
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the order urgency because writers work on business days only. Customer agrees that the paper produced by our company represents work that is intended for further research and can only be used as a model for Customer's own writing efforts. Customer is encouraged to use our papers with proper citation. Company does not endorse nor tolerate any form of whole or partial plagiarism and will not engage in any activity that will facilitate cheating. If Customer thinks that paper was plagiarized, he has to provide cogent evidence with a link to the source.
3. Liability of parties
3.1 Liability of Company
Essay-Paper.net guarantees to complete a paper that will reasonably match the instructions specified in the order form. In case provided research paper turns to be inadequate in purpose of meeting the description specified in the order form, Company will provide as many revisions as it is necessary for a complete compliance with specified requirements. Essay-Paper.net will provide revisions only in case it is defined that the provided paper does not meet the description stated in the order form. Company is not responsible for the grade Customer receives and bad mark cannot be a reason for a refund. Any unpaid order can be canceled at any time. An order that has already been paid cannot be canceled by the Customer under any circumstance.
3.2 Liability of Customer
Customer is not allowed to make any adjustments to the order details once the writer has started working on the research paper, such as changing the topic or requesting to use a different source. Please note that due to an increase of fraud cases the deadline is calculated from the time order passes the check for fraud that may take up to several days. The writer does not start the work until the order is checked. All revision or any other requests concerning the order must be submitted within 30 days after the payment is received. No revision or any other requests will be taken into consideration after this term expires. The revision deadline depends on the order urgency – from few hours up to several days. If the Customer shows abusive conduct towards the Company, its representatives or writers, his personal account will be deleted permanently. In this case the Company declines all responsibility towards the Customer.
4. Refund policy
Company reserves the right to cancel any paid order at its own discretion. In that case the Customer shall be notified prior to the due date and entitled to a full refund. Note that refunds are not granted under any circumstance. Customer can ask for a refund only in case he has placed duplicate order or Company cannot find the writer for order. Essay-Paper.net will not be responsible for any technical failures (e-mail server, internet service provider, hardware/software problems) on the part of the client.
